Tour update a&b
The last two days were epic, even though it was cold and...... Snowing!!! Snow in Lake Louise, where we stayed for two nights. On the rainy day we did our best to be productive, we messaged all the workaways on our list.. and good news! We set up our first one! Super exciting, it's a really cool place in Victoria and we set it up for early November. The next day we set out on a huge hike, from Lake Louise to Lake Agnes, a very beautiful lake with a tea house at the top. Such pretty green water. And then we attached another hike onto that one, a long one to the top of the six glaciers, where there was yet another tea house waiting for us. It was a very cool day, snow, sun, cold and hot so we got to see the lakes in all sorts of ways. Last night we decided to leave lake Louise and venture on over to Jasper, my middle name. We stopped at the icefields, and they are breathtaking, just like the frigid air that flows straight though your jacket. All of the campsites were closed so we decided to continue on. We unfortunately couldn't do the Parker ridge hike but I knew dad had been on it because he had talked about it before. Really too bad that you couldn't take the Germans out. But wow what a vast area! I'm writing this email from the inside of a coin laundry, which is a first for me, but its quite nice, super friendly staff and they even have some nice music playing ????
Misschien leuk!?
